What gender is blogging about dribble? what gender is commenting on a blog about dribble/rubbish?

Malcontent: FYI

Dribble: The act of bouncing a ball up and down.

Drivel: Idiotic utterance; silly nonsense; twaddle.

But to answer your questions, blogging about dribble is definitely male as it refers to sports, which is typically viewed as a masculine activity.

Commenting on a blog about dribble/rubbish is a tough one. But I'm going to have to go with gender neutral because commenting or conversing is generally looked at as a female trait, dribbling as male (per our discussion above) and rubbish appears neutral to me. Therefore the female and male would cancel each other out in this scenario.

Andy fyi you are a boner.

DRIBBLE, drivel, drool, slobber are all synonyms for the clear liquid you are undoubtedly secreting from your mouth onto your computer as you attempt to correct me.

You would probably know that if you stopped dribbling a basketball for a few minutes and picked up a book.

Thanks for the context. I am a boner.

I would still say blogging about dribble is male since blogging about "dribble, drivel, drool, slobber" seem particularly juvenile, which I would argue, is a trait most commonly assigned to adolescent men.

What about the fruit infused beer now being marketed? Where does that fit?

Boners and dribble and drivel and cats and dogs and wine and beer.

Enjoy.

Prepositions are for the ladies, but gerunds are a man's, man's, man's world.
